10 Million Pension Records

In 2001, Castle Document Management won a contract with one of Britain’s largest actuaries to convert a pension records archive into electronic, server-based databases which were to be accessible to all the offices in the UK  

Documents are supplied by the client with pro-forma headers, and each batch of files is provided with a text file containing all the data required for key-field indexing.
 
More than 10 million individual pages have been processed to date.
