Online Document Archiving

Castle are able to securely archive documents via the Internet using web servers specifically for Document Archiving.

Clients whose own networks are overloaded with traffic, who have limited server capacity, or need the archive to be widely distributed, have the opportunity to run a document archiving system using our completely browser-based facility.

Users with the correct permissions can log-in to their specific document groups, each having a unique user name and password, thereby ensuring that the information is secure. The site is protected by a Verisign SSL Certificate to further enhance security.

The archive can be browsed or searched using key-field parameters: the document images can be then be viewed, printed out and downloaded for subsequent e-mailing. In addition, users can be provided with an interactive facility to allow, for example, cost centre managers to authorise payment of invoices on-screen wherever access to the Internet is available.
